Product Description

This 1" wide leather submissive collar is fitted with a very large flat O-ring in front using a small leather strap. The O-ring has a 1-1/2” internal diameter and is placed through a 1/2” wide gunmetal d-rings. The O-ring has a gunmetal finished and is engraved with a floral type ivy. The rivets used are also gunmetal gray. Double capped rivets are used for a finished look.

Leather & Hardware

All of the hardware on this collar is nickel-free. The D&O ring and rivets (the small metal circles holding the rings and buckle) are steel with a gunmetal finish. The buckle and keeper in the back are black poly-coated steel. I have gray eyelets in stock now.

You may choose a standard non-locking buckle or a lockable buckle with padlock. The standard buckle option includes eyelets fitted into the fastening holes. If you choose the lockable buckle option, there will be no eyelets in the holes because the locking prong requires a special oval punch shape. This allows the lockable buckle to function properly without the locking prong stretching over metal eyelets.

 A small gunmetal padlock is automatically included with the lockable buckle option. If you would prefer a different padlock, please check out the nickel-free padlocks and leave your choice in the Notes area at checkout.

There are 25+ different leather choices to have this collar made in. Black Latigo is shown in the main photo and is a thick leather with a smooth and supple grain to it. My line of Latigo Leather is chrome veg retanned using U.S. heavy native steer hides which gives a perfect blend of greases and waxes. Chrome tannage lends a touch of strength while the veg tannage excels at adding excellent firmness and durability.  I bevel and burnish all of the edges on the collar so they are rounded and very comfortable and do not chafe the skin.  The Latigo hides range from 9/10oz thick.  Please read my Leather Information Page on my website for a FULL explanation of all of the leather choices, as some are thick and soft, and others are thick and firm tempered
